This is a conference for parents and community members.  PTA membership is not a requirement.  The WSPTA EMLC offers you an opportunity to enhance your leadership skills, network with community leaders from within and outside of PTA, and learn more about PTA and its vision that every child's potential become a reality.  In addition to inspiring speakers at the opening and closing sessions, attendees will choose up to 4 classes that have been selected as of particilar interest to minority parents.  There will a lso be a special presentation by Book-It All Over, a touring theater group.  Cost
